Outpatient Veterinary Clinic 719.738.0800 |
 |
Location
120 East 6th Street, between the post office and Main Street in
Walsenburg. Outpatient Veterinary Clinic has just celebrated
another anniversary. The remodeled office building is a full
service facility with the exception of boarding and overnight
hospitalization.

Philosophy
The concept of same day surgeries and outpatient services is
analogous from human medicine, modern day hospitals and stringent
insurance policies. With veterinary medicine, it certainly keeps
the costs down and creates less anxiety for the animals when they can
stay at home. Whenever a case requires hospitalization for
prolonged treatment or specialized surgical intervention, Dr. Roberts
will refer clients to the veterinary hospital of their choice.
With a few exceptions, most cases can be treated as outpatients.

Dr. Roberts and
Priscilla thank all of their clients for their patronage and invite you, your
family and your friends to visit the office. They will be happy
to answer any of your questions. "The care and well being
of your pet is our utmost concern." |
 |
Background
Graduating from Texas A&M in 1968, Dr. Roberts was taught to place
strong emphasis on preventive health care and thorough client
education. The new clinic offers examinations and treatment for
the sick, vaccinations, surgery, x-rays, pregnancy ultra-sonography
and dental prophylaxis. Dr. Roberts has limited his practice to
dogs, cats and horses.

Office
Hours
Office hours are set to allow for early morning "drop-offs" and
after work "pick-ups". Because of the downtown location, all
equine work will have to be scheduled at a pre-determined time and
location. Ranch calls can be scheduled for mid-day hours.
